Arrival Navigation: From the Gate to Stand 3
Boarding stand numbers are shared by both the domestic and international terminals — Limousine 1 and 2 always use Stand 3.

Rule of thumb: heavy luggage or a tight connection → limousine bus or taxi, both leave straight from Stand 3 or the taxi stand, no station stairs. Traveling light, cheapest fixed time → BGL light rail. Group of 3–4 → split a taxi; the flat rates below make the per-person cost close to the bus fare.
Terminal Layout: How Everything Connects
You never have to walk between the terminals — the free shuttle does it for you, on a 12-minute loop that also touches the P3 parking lot.
The international and domestic terminals are separate buildings, and no official walking distance between them is published. What is confirmed is the free shuttle bus, run by Korea Airports Corporation, circling the P3 parking lot, the international terminal (GATE1), and the domestic terminal (GATE4) every 12 minutes from 05:00 to 22:48. If your connecting flight is at the other terminal, this shuttle is the way to get there.
Rail: The Busan-Gimhae Light Rail (BGL)
The BGL is the backbone of getting into Busan. Its airport station sits beside the terminals, and the line runs between Sasang and Gaya University. Transfer to Metro Line 2 at Sasang Station (Seomyeon, Gwangalli, Haeundae) or Line 3 at Daejeo Station.

Airport Station sits in the "outer zone 2" fare band. Trips to the central zone (Gimhae University–Pyeonggang) count as 1 section; trips to "outer zone 1" (Gaya University–Injae University) count as 2 sections. Riders 65+ pay the general fare. Since September 2025, transferring between BGL and Busan's subway carries no extra fee.

Arriving After Midnight
Gimhae's scheduled transport thins out well before midnight, so a late landing can already be past the last bus by the time you clear the terminal.
Last departures: BGL light rail toward Sasang (Line 2 transfer) — 00:10; toward Gaya University — 23:48. Limousine 1 (Haeundae/Gijang) — 21:40 from the airport. Limousine 2's last departure isn't published.
